- Started up the Street Children's ministry, reaching out to the children living on the streets 5 nights of the week, and providing some bread and milk, as well as supporting their emotional and spiritual needs.
- Completed the first two homes for our children at the Village in time for them to be moved in by Christmas
- Have 3 more children's homes and 3 volunteer / visitor homes under construction
- Paved the way for an Open Arms Academy on site at the Village, to be opened in January 2010
