Become an Open Arms “Partner Parent” by sponsoring a child through Open Arms International.

Sponsor an individual child for £29 per month.

Sponsoring a child is a serious commitment and if you choose to sponsor an individual child for £29 per month, it would be good if you can consider this aspect of it. Where possible we ask sponsors to enter into sponsorship with a view to being a sponsor for the life of that child (until age 18 or 19); however we recognise that circumstances do change and we do not ask for any formal commitment in any way. We would rather that you had the opportunity to change the life of a child for a short period than not at all.


Please note: the total cost of caring for the children at our Village includes the cost of food, education, clothing, shelter, transportation to and from school, health care, full-time carers etc. This amounts to more than £29 / month, and thus each child will actually have the equivalent of 5 sponsors to ensure that all costs are covered.

Please be aware that Open Arms International may have to increase the cost of sponsorship during the period of sponsorship in line with increasing costs of basic resources. All sponsors will be consulted about this in advance if it should happen.
